January 2012 — "The Medicine Hat Lodge is a wonderful hotel to bring the kids to. We stayed two nights & had the Family Entertainment Room Package. Wow what a deal! ! night accommodation, 1 in room movie, 2 pizzas and a pitcher of pop for $139. We will deffinetly be back and the kids loved the waterslides."

December 2010 — "Dirty...overpriced...bad, bad, bad service in all areas (front desk, restaurant, maintenance) Food left in hallways for days on end..."renovated" rooms have caved in tiles in bathroom and so much mildew it's disgusting! Do yourself a favor and go to a 2 star hotel...you'll get the same level of room without the inflated price or the inflated attitude of the staff. "

July 2008 — "We booked in for one night with our 4 yearold Grandson to give him a treat. We all had a wonderful time. Wait staff at the in house restaurant were great. Our room overlooking the pools was a real thrill for our grandson. He swam heaps, lots of watersliding, and a very good sleep!"
