June 2010 — "After driving all day from the B.C. interior and looking forward to unwinding in a hotel with good reviews we chose the Sawridge. The check-in was average but we recieved no directions to room and having two small children were offered no help with the luggage. Then we ordered an over priced dinner from a poorly thought out and pretentious menu. I hope your children like cheese pizza, that being the only children item on the menu. After our dinner we decided to spend the evening letting the children play in the pool and burn off some energy. The pool is closed at 7:00 PM as not to interupt the hotel guests in the dinning room. That was a fun 10 minutes. Im not sure who was more disappointed with the stay, me or my children."

January 2010 — "Our experience in Jasper was made even better by the friendly staff at the Sawridge. One of our party fell ill while we were there and the understanding employees were most accomidating to our particular needs. The location of the hotel made for easy access to anything but was a great location for beautiful walks. The Jasper in January street party was a fun family evening!"
