August 2010 — "Upon arrival, staff was courteous and helpful. Check-in was without a problem. Received a coupon for the complementary breakfast as the adjacent "restaurant". Room was very dated and showed wear. Bathroom had recently been redone and was quite nice, though small. At night, the light from the hall showed through the large cracks all around the door. Our view consisted of a fence. On our side of the fence was a trash pile including a microwave, wooden pallet and general debris from whatever could be dumped there. Breakfast was without a doubt, the worst we had on our vacation. Motel guests (this is not an Inn!!!) are shuffled to a side area with real patrons shown another way. I asked for decaf coffee. Was told it is instant, not covered by the coupon and was $2 extra. I declined. Breakfast consisted of a communal bowl of sour yogurt, hard boiled eggs hasbrowned potatoes and one shared pitcher of orange juice. There was no water in sight, no bread, no muffins, no cut fruit----this from a "restaurant". There was a card on each table indicating that a gratuity was not covered by the coupon. I left no tip. "

April 2009 — "We are Jasper regulars and have tried many of the hotels in the area. The Mount Robson Inn is one of the best. The rooms are nicely designed and quite large. The staff is very friendly and you can dine on really tasty Greek food."
