January 2009 — "I have stayed here consistently during the last decade the rooms are vary comfortable spotlessly clean.and the staff very friendly and proffesional. this hotel ,close to the town centre offers terific value for money for a short or long stay I can only recommend it to you"

October 2008 — "We took fifty international students on a weekend to Banff and stayed at the Red Carpet Inn. The staff was excellent to deal with and were more than accommodating. The rooms are clean and are good value for the money. I recommend this hotel as one of the few "budget" hotels in Banff and I know we will be back. Very pleasant to work with!"

September 2007 — "hotel was not to bad but room was not very clean. sliding doors to balcony would not lock . plug missing from sink but worst of all staff seem,d as if they had no time for you i have been to canada 4 times in four years and always been treated very well untill we stayed at the red carpet inn i will not use this hotel again "

"As the hotel manager I am always disappointed when our guests do not enjoy their time here at the Red Carpet Inn. Fortunately this is a rare occasion as most of our clients are very happy with our service. The Red Carpet Inn is a proud recipient of the Alberta Hotel Association's 2006 Housekeeping Award, and hope to win again this year! I have worked at many hotels in the Banff/Lake Louise area and I am very proud to say that I receive fewer housekeeping complaints here at the Red Carpet Inn, than any other hotel I have every worked at. Many of our housekeeping staff do not speak English, or at least not as a first language. I think this may have been interpreted as "not being very friendly", or "not interested." Certainly we are very concerned about our image, and I am confident that this is not the message we normally send to our clients."
