July 2008 — "Overall the experience was OK but there were a couple of issues that were offputting. Check in time was 3 and when I arrived at 3, my room wasn't ready. I was advised that they were short staffed and would have to wait an additional half hour. Also, family members tried to phone the hotel to reach my room and were greeted by no-one picking up at the main desk, only getting an answering machine. When I approached the desk clerk about this, I was told that they were too busy to answer the phone. I'm just glad that the call wasn't emergency related."
