November 2010 — "My husband and I had planned a day trip to the canyon. We started out late from Vegas and spent extra time at the Hoover Dam. By the time we got to the canyon we decided to find a place close by to stay the night and get up and visit the canyon in the morning. We were given the number to the RV park from another local business. We truly enjoyed the cozy cabin. It was perfect for our trip. It had everything you could need to include coffee maker. They also invited us into their home for dinner since all the restaurants were closed due to the holiday. We got to enjoy some wonderful stories from the gold prospectors and to see a huge gold nugget that was found in the area. It was in the low 20s but we still slept fine, cabins are heated plus they gave us extra blankets. It is a holiday trip we will always have fond memories of. "
