April 2010 — "We were on a quick weekend get away to Edmonton to do some shopping and hangout at West Ed. We were looking for some place decent and cheap to stay. We found this hotel downtown and the price was right so it worked out good. It is located downtown which made it a little difficult to sleep because of the traffic, but all in all the rooms were clean and the staff friendly so it served its purpose. The price of the room included a free breakfast which was nothing special – and the restaurant owner was really cranky because none of her staff showed up. But it was free so we didn’t get too picky! My daughter left her most treasured stuffed animals there by mistake – and we were eternally grateful for the staff that helped us get them back the next day! Not only did they return the stuffed animals, but they had also kept several items we had left – so thank you…and for that my friends I give the service at this hotel 10/10! "
