July 2010 — "July 13, 2010 I stayed at the Neighbourhood in July 3, 2010 and I for got some items in my room. I want to thank the staff for the excellent service. Not only did I get the items that I forgot, but one of them delivered them to me at my work in Sherwood Park AB. She was on her way to Calgary and so instead of putting it on the bus she offered to drop it off as she was passing through. A big thank you to the staff at the Neighbourhood Inn in Barrhead Alberta, "

December 2009 — "On a recent trip to Barrhead, the Barrhead Inn staff went above and beyond for our hockey team! We found ourselves stranded at the side of the road at midnight, with temperatures around minus 43. The Barrhead Inn kindly offered our hockey team a room to stay in while we waited for a substitute bus. The staff even pitched in and shuttled our players from the bus to the Inn. On behalf of the Jasper Midget Bearcats, a big bear hug to the Barrhead Inn staff!"
