July 2011 — "We were pleased with our one-night stay here. The part of the motel we were in has been newly renovated, so we had what was like a modern hotel room with two beds for under $80! I think we got a senior's rate. The hostess was friendly but the motel is spread out and her directions to get to the room unclear, then key did not work and it was raining! Anyhow the room and the price made up for this inconvenience. "

"Big functional rooms at a low price"

June 2011 — "This is a new motel with big and functional rooms but totally lacking personal touch. The beds are comfortable, the colour TV is not the latest model but is of good quality and has a huge selection of TV channels. The fridge is a lot larger than the average bar fridge that you would expect and even comes with a fair sized freezer compartment. We found the table and 2 chairs outside our room very convenient for a picnic dinner. The motel is conveniently located within walking distance of two grocery shops, a liquor shop, Tim Hortons and Subway. I would definitely recommend this motel to anybody who wants good value for money with no expensive frills."
