December 2009 — "On our recent trip to Victoria we decided to try a place to stay by the harbour. This was the perfect spot and to be able to see the harbour from our cozy corner room was wonderful. The staff who greeted us was friendly and helpful and apologetic for the elevator being remodeled but we were okay with the three floors up. By the time we were ready to leave it was all fixed, so it was not a problem. Our room was large with a very comfy kingsize bed. The bedding was wonderful and we had lots of extra pillows. We had a coffee maker and we also had free bottles of water in the room. That was a plus for me. The bathroom was bright and clean and had fluffy towels. We really enjoyed our view of the harbour and the beautiful city lights. A hot breakfast was included in the dining room in the hotel. This will be one of the spots we'll return to."
