July 2011 — "We are going back!! The River Ridge is a little piece of Paradise!! I inquired via email to two bed & breakfast in Paris Ontario.River Ridge replied to my email promptly and from that moment I just wanted to go. We were looking for a place just to be away from "everything" I was a bit aprehensive at the beginning but to make a long story short, the River Ridge was all we wanted and more. The room was very cleaned, nicely decorated very cozy and I would say very romantic. When we arrived the owner greeted us with her grandchild in her arms and we felt like we were visiting family. She took her time to explain everything we needed to know. The weather was absolutely perfect and she recommended Two River's restaurant because they have an outdoor patio. We loved the restaurant, the food was great, the view amazing. In the morning our breakfast was served with a Canada Day theme, everything was really good and we her and her husband to sit with us. They are very warm and friendly and we talk a bit about our own stories and Cathy shared some of hers. When it was finally time to leave we were actually sad that we didn't plan to stay longer. We'll be back before the summer is over - That is a promise. :)"
