The Stone Inn opened in 1822 to travelers on the National Road, now called Route 40, and continues to provide accommodations to visitors today in its seven original rooms and six newer rooms. All of the rooms are decorated in period furnishings, with the older section sharing bathrooms and the newer rooms featuring private baths. A complimentary breakfast is served in the morning and a restaurant, a tavern and banquet services are also available.
