March 2007 — "I reserved a room in early January for the Zinfandel Wine Festival. I received a phone message on Wednesday evening (9 pm - 3/14/07) stating that they had overbooked their motel and needed to cancel my reservation. This is totally UNPROFESSIONAL and caused me hardship. I was forced to secure a hotel 30 minutes from Paso Robles because everything in town was booked. Why would they overbook when they already have a credit card number they could charge for a "no show" or cancellation?"
