July 2010 — "This was renovated 4 years ago and is in very good condition. We had a deluxe room unit which is very large, with a kitchen and a large room with the bed and a sitting area with two chairs and a little table to sit at while watching tv. Also has a fold out bed if there were more then 2 people.It is not a big place, about 28-30 units(2 floors,no elevator), clean and has a modest continental breakfast of juice, tea, coffee,toast, muffins and cold cereal included in the price. It is not cheap but accomodations are not cheap in this area. You are close to a small shopping center, a variety of simple restaurants, boat tours and is a good place to vist every cove on the top of Newfoundland which is fun to do. Great hikng area."

July 2009 — "Wonderfull experience. Great view, new clean accomodations, friendly host, close to L'anse aux Meadows. Two minutes from Fisherman's Point with a lovely restaurant with a view of icebergs and whales. We would recommend this to anyone who visits the area. A high point of our Newfoundland vacation."
