"Not doing much sleeping at the Sleep Inn Motel."

January 2010 — "Me and my husband stayed at the Sleep Inn Motel on New Years Eve. I must be honest and saying that it was not my first choice, however the rates were reasonable so we thought it would be fine for the night. However when i got into our room i was very disapointed. It was VERY dated, and not very clean. There was mold growing around the tub, the carpets were filthy and the sheets were stained. I considered just going home after our party strictly because i really didn't want to stay there in that dirty room. I actually borrowed blankets from our party host to take back to the Motel with me. At $84 a night i would really have rather spent the extra $20 bucks and went accross the street to the clean and newly renovated St.Albert Inn."

December 2009 — "The rates have gone up since the last review was made. We paid $84.00 which is still resonable. The room had a microwave,iron,ironing board, hairdryer, coffee pot with complimentary coffee, cable tv and shampoos and soaps supplied. All in all a good bang for your buck. It is an older motel but was very clean and the beds comfortable. "

"No sleeping in at the Sleep-Inn but a great place otherwise"

August 2008 — "Of the three places to stay in the shoulder community to Edmonton , the Sleep-Inn Motel was the cheapest at $76.00/night (excl. tax) for one person. The gentleman who checked us in was very affable and helpful as we talked about the weather compared to his homeland of Chile, and provided us with a much better map of the surrounding area. Even the person who had just finished cleaning my room was very friendly and offered to bring me anything extra I might need. The room was huge, with a full bathroom, 2 queen beds, a plasma TV, microwave and fridge, and air conditioning. The motel is obviously older, but renovations, a comfy bed, and a newer looking carpet made it very a relaxing space. Although the Inn is on the highway, the room was inside a hallway and backed onto a green space which made it very quiet. All in all, this motel is an excellent bang for your buck if you don’t mind slightly older digs, and are okay with hearing everyone leave in the morning because the walls are a bit thin. "
