September 2011 — "The Jasper House Bungalows are about 5km outside of town and are in a quiet, park like setting back far enough off the highway so you don't hear much of the road noise. We stayed in a suite for four people which was a bit crowded but was a reasonable price. The outside of the buildings looked like they were recently redone. The inside of our room was a little worn but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a kitchen in our room and made lots of meals during our weeks stay here. The staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel were very generous in lending out any additional kitchen utensils we needed. There is a big grassy area out front of the bungalows that was good for playing frisbee and just for hanging out. We saw a bear run across the yard one afternoon with the park rangers in hot pursuit. The Jasper House Bungalows are a good place to stay when in Jasper on a budget. "
