September 2011 — "Stayed at this resort while attending the annual Radium vintage car show which was only about 20km away, a good decision as Radium is party town for this event. This resort certainly met our expectations with a lovely suite, outdoor pool and hot tubs, 24 hour fitness centre and a restaurant if you wanted to dine there. The only negative was the poor soundproofing which resulted in being able to hear the people above walking across the floors, taking showers etc. Either put in some carpeting or improve the insulation! We'll go back but next time ask for a room on the top floor."

May 2011 — "My girlfriend and I wanted to soak in some hot springs, of which there are three within an easy drive of this hotel. We stayed in a standard room on the opening weekend. Due to this the outdoor pool wasn't open, which I can accept, it did look nice and would have been nice to sit in the pool and watch the golfers and contemplate the mountains that surround this resort. The indoor pool and fitness room were both open and were well appointed, if a bit small. Speaking of small, I found that the room was small, with no desk or table, a single chair, there was a dresser type piece of furniture under the TV, and a counter on the cabinet housing the mini fridge. There are also drawers under the bed for more storage. There was also a small kitchen area with a microwave, coffee maker, and a sink. I wanted to re-heat some left over lasagne, but I wanted to eat it at a table. The room was well decorated, and clean, except for the large-ish spider. We took a look at the deluxe room, and it was much larger with a real kitchen, and separate bed room. The exterior and lobby area were very posh, and would be a great place to meet people and organize a golfing outing."

Guests appreciate the many on-site amenities including meeting and banquet space, a restaurant and lounge, a business centre, heated underground parking, an on-site market and a full-service spa. There are some designated suites for pet owners. Note: The pools undergo maintenance and are closed for portions of October and November.
