October 2011 — "Recently stayed at the Primrose hotel in downtown Toronto. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance of most places. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as shopping. The rooms are very nice with a modern décor and the staff are friendly. I would definitely return in the future."

May 2011 — "Went to Toronto for a concert and stayed at the Primrose hotel as it was close to the show. Had an amazing time. The hotel was nice and the room was big. The staff were nice and helped us get reservations at a restaurant before the show. Room was clean, and the front desk gave us an upgrade at no extra cost without even asking. Had a great time in the city – will be back"

June 2009 — "My boyfriend and I recently attended a concert in downtown Toronto and had to spend the night at a hotel. We looked for a room close to the Air Canada Centre where the concert was, but we could not afford to pay 200 to 300$ for one night (no thanks!). Therefore, we found a very good hotel downtown: The Best Western Primrose. We were only 3 to 4 stops away from the ACC in a quick Subway ride, and the nightly rate at the hotel was much more reasonable for a young couple. Plus, the hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, we did not have time to check out the pool or the whirl pools. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family that wish to stay downtown Toronto. The only downfall was that we had to pay an extra 23$ for parking, but I believe that paying that much for parking is quite normal for Toronto. "
