July 2012 — "The Doubletree hotel at Toronto's Pearson International Airport is a great place to rest and relax. Navigating the twists and turns of the hotel district at the airport is a bit difficult. I recommend using a GPS or having patience when searching for the Doubletree. Once you find it, there are two entrances. The back entrance requires quite a walk to reception. However, my dealing with staff was excellent. The woman at the desk was nice, professional, and quick. Three of us shared a room with two large beds. The television was new and had lots of channels. The bathroom was nice and was stocked with some of the best toiletries I have encountered during a hotel stay. The exercise room and pool are complimentary for hotel guests. Featuring a hot tub, pool, waterslide, and plenty of workout equipment, there is definitely the opportunity to both exercise and relax. Parking is available in an uncovered lot so cars can get a bit hot in the summer sun. They also are pet friendly. I recommend the Doubletree at Toronto airport."

July 2012 — "The Doubletree by Hilton at the Toronto Pearson airport is an excellent hotel for travelers willing to spent $150 a night. Service at the Doubletree was exceptional. Armed with a reservation, I was checked-in in less than two minutes. That included receiving a tasty chocolate chip cookie for each room guest. I had to pay for parking, which was a little annoying but that is my only complaint. The was nice with a comfortable bed. The washroom had a great shower and high quality bath products. Planes could be heard flying overhead but it was not disturbing. The hotel also features a world class fitness centre and a decent pool with hot tub and waterslide. The pool is actually about a 5-minute walk from the rooms and requires walking through the lobby area. Check-out was seamless as my receipt was placed under the door in the morning - I did not have to check-out at the desk. This place was a good value."

"a good place for families"

October 2007 — "I think that this is a great hotel for anyone to stay at. There is a lot to do around the area as well as inside the hotel. They have a few small shops a very nice, large gym with a lot of equipment, and a pool that is great for families. Also it seems as though there is always some kind of convention going on, so there is always a lot of liveliness inside the hotel. The main lobby is large and clean and there are a few restaurants inside the hotel that look very nice although I have not had a chance to eat at either of them. The staff is really nice and every time that you check in they give you a delicious hot chocolate chip cookie that melts in your mouth as you eat itÂ…sooo nice. The rooms are clean and roomy with nice beds. The bathroom is very clean and large. What I really like is that the hotel provides you with Neutrogena products. They also provide you with face wash in the winter and sunscreen in the summer. Also if you happen to forget any toiletries at home they will provide you with them. Just thought it was a nice touch.
