July 2011 — "Friendly Hotel located in the outskirts of Montreal - conveniently located for my upcoming drive to Quebec, Restaurants nearby in walking distance - otherwise, typical suburban business neighbourhood, i.e. not too exciting. The room was clean, modern, friendly, with two good beds - but the centralised air condition was not running, or I was too stupid to find the controls (I was too tired to ask), so the tiny window section that could be opened made it a bit sticky. I later found that this type of window (with fly mesh) is the norm everywhere around. The free WiFi was much appreciated, and all I needed in the evening. The coffee at breakfast was not to my taste - the little machine in the room produced a much better brew. A powerful shower, and very friendly and helpful staff - when I asked if the signs 'bring your own wine' at the restaurants also included your own beer, they immediately called there to ask! (It did - try the steak house opposite.) "
