October 2009 — "We stayed at the Quality Inn in Peterborough for one night over the Thanksgiving weekend. We loved the fact that it was pet friendly and had a sliding door on the ground floor. Easy to bring in luggage and to let the dog out. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Price was excellent. We were given a key to the room we were to stay in, but it wasn't ready. Bed was not made etc. The cleaning staff were of no help when we questioned them. Went back to the reservation clerk and she gave us another room that was ready. Other than that confusion, it was a very nice stay."

September 2007 — "I would like to voice my displeasure about the policy at the Quality Inn Peterborough that you cannot stay for one night on (Saturday) on the weekend. I had booked two rooms and unfortunately we had a family emergency so could not go on Friday. When I tried to cancel they said that they would cancel my reservation but that I would still have to pay because they have a two night policy. It was Thurday morning that I tried to cancel so they still had lots of room to rebook!! "
