May 2009 — "Stayed here Memorial Day weekend in 2009. Perfect location in the heart of the Catskills! Clean, comfortable rooms, with a complimentary breakfast basket that gets refilled every morning. Grills for cooking, a screened-in gazebo for eating, comfortable chairs for just lounging.. and the grills, gazebo and lounge area is located in the rear of the motel away from the street. I really nice, affordable weekend get-away place. We plan to stay again this year too. One small problem... I believe the owner lives out of the country, and the manager doesn't return calls or emails for reservations in a timely manner... at all! Expect to wait at least a week or longer for a reply, either by phone or email. "

Back door opens onto grounds: backyard picnics are encouraged. Great family getaway for skiing, fishing, tubing, hiking, etc.
