January 2010 — "While attending a hockey tournament in London, Ontario, we stayed at the Best Western Lamplighter Inn. I was glad that our own high-energy hockey players were not staying at this hotel. I did notice older female athletes running the hallways late at night. However, credit goes to the acoustic designers of this building. No noise disturbed us while in our room. The bathroom contained a tub separate from the shower (which inlcuded a seat and soap dispensers). I never did get to enjoy a soak in the tub. We found the cost of the hotel a bit high compared to other places on the strip but members of our party did get to enjoy the pool, water slide and hot tub which were not available elsewhere. At first, the television could not be turned on but staff did take care of that. Similarly, it was hard to keep track of the single trash can in the room but an extra can did appear on day two. We originally selected this hotel because of the reasonable pet-stay fee. In the end, our puppy didn't join us. "
