February 2012 — "Visited Tidewater during the third week of february. While the Cape is in off season the manager was in full season mode. She very friendly, supportive, and helpful. This a typical mom and pop operation. wood structure so the halways creak as you walk along. Room was a pleasant supprise. roomy clean, and neat. wouls definately stay there during peak season. "
