September 2007 — "The staff were great and so was the service. The front desk arranged a taxi for us and also promptly provided us with extra towels and a pillow. Housekeeping should be advised to check on their cleaning staff. My room-mate found a large hair-clip under the bed and hence noticed that the carpet was not vacuumed under there. I don't know if it has to do with the water condition in Bowmanville or not. I filled the tub for a soak. Because we were chatting and the water was getting too cool, I drained some to replenish it with hotter water. Seeing that there was a yellow ring around the tub where the higher level had been caused us to decide that having showers was a better choice."
