June 2009 — "It's been a while since my last stay @ the Best Western, I have been travelling with a co-worker to the states and staying at more "expensive" hotels. We arrived later in the day, (around dinner time) and got a couple of rooms with no problem. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, (one person) getting us set up and with our rewards membership, upgraded us to king beds and suites. The stay overall was very comfortable and once the hockey game was over I headed off to my room for bed. It was around 10:30pm when I hit the sheets and for some reason the music playing from the hallway speakers was flipping from "station to station" at various volumes..it went on like this for about 10 minutes, I tried calling down to see what was going on but nobody picked up at the front desk. After about another 10 to 15 minutes the music finally stopped and the rest of the night was trouble free. I would stay here again, I wish they had "express chekout: though."
