December 2009 — "Overall, our experience was great! Comfortable bed; clean room. The breakfast was delicious and the friendly waitress made brekfast a very pleasant experience. We were warned of the renovations so expected the slow elevator. Have to admit, the receptionist at the front desk was not too welcoming. Yes, we will return."

"The stay was great"

September 2008 — "Went to a wedding in Saskatoon and booked 3 rooms for family. It was a week later that my sister pointed out the less than favorable reviews online. It was now too late to make changes as the city was booked. Wow. The rooms were excellent. The staff was excelent. Security was excellent. We had a great stay here. The hotel is a little older but not old. A Hilton its not, but good value for your money I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel "

"Loud and Dusty heaters, not clean"

December 2006 — "The room had a bad smell that only increased when we turned the heater on in the room. The heater was dusty and very, very loud. The cleaners must have missed the bathroom entirely as there was someone elses soap in the bathtub and the sink and they were both covered in hair (as was most of the tub). When we complained to the front desk they only ensured us that it would be thouroughly cleaned the next day (no offer to move us or to compensate us financially). The hotel is also not in a great neighbourhood (although to be fair we didn't explore much as it was -35C). In all I was not impressed; I expected more from a Ramada."
