August 2010 — "I was again in Sussex, New Brunswick, this time to undertake some research. That's what I do. My only requirement was a quiet work space in an economical room not far from the downtown area. The Covered Bridge Inn was a nice blend of all these things. The room was relatively rustic as far as comfort goes. However, the room rate was relatively splendid, especially for no special nor reservations. Because I had so many work-related reasons to go back and forth to the car, it was nice to park right by the room and get out to the car over and over again without shoes. There is a Pizza Delight restaurant located very near the motel but I chose to drive right downtown for a little better selection. In the end, I chose a sandwich shop anyway. Next time, I'll try the Pizza Delight and probably take my work in there with me."
