November 2008 — "Spent a night here on my way through town. It looked better than the other places and the person up front was nice and helped me find a good place to eat dinner. It's no four star hotel, but I would easily recommend it for other people."

May 2008 — "I arrived approximately 9 p.m. on May 13. The person who checked me in did not acknowledge me in any way. She was outside smoking when I got there and when she came up to the desk all she did was ask my name and give me my key card, pointing me the direction toward the room. She never said hello, thanks for staying or anything friendly. I believe if she could have done the entire transaction without talking, she would have. She was terrible. Then when it was time to return my key and check out, no one was at the desk. I was supposed to just drop my key in a box. While my room was fine, I won't stay there again due to the poor customer service."
