July 2007 — "I was only there one night, but the service was absolutely the best, better than some 4 star hotels that I have been to, We needed an ironing board and the girl brought it within 10 minutes. We got lost coming home very early in the morning, and the night clerk was so helpful and patient, and we both laughed about it the next day. Overall a wonderful experience, I came away with a great feeling about Buffalo and all the wonderful people there!"
