April 2007 — "After viewing the photos on the web site, my wife and I were looking forward to staying at this BW Carpinteria Inn. We were a little disappointed the interior courtyard wasn’t as big as what was perceived in the photos and that our balcony was not our own private balcony. But the pool made up for all of that. It wasn’t big but it was nice and warm, almost like bath water. Since we had arrived in the late afternoon with an over cased sky it made for a very relaxing enjoyable time before our dinner. One word of caution, don’t drink the city tap water. It tastes pretty bad! Bring your own bottled water to drink or to make your own in-room coffee. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Yes I would stay here again, mostly for the pool."
