March 2007 — "Took staff three attempts to create a key to get into our room. Each time we got a key, walked 100 yards to our room, realized it did not work, had to do this three times. Buffet happy hour consisted of hot poppers and veggies.....quite lame for Los Angeles. Was told everything was hosted, reality was first drink free...pay after that.... Won't stay here again...."
