May 2009 — "My sister and I came to Calgary for a family event. Booking was prompt and personable. We were able to have separate beds in the same room and a bathroom to ourselves. We could come and go as needed to suite the timeline of our event. Clean and cozy. The best part was the heavenly breakfast. Fresh and hot and healthy. Scrumptious and filling. Beautiful china and table linens in a lovely dining room. Friendly but private. Beautiful art and view of yard. Cute dog."

May 2009 — "We needed a little sanctuary and Shangarry was it. Breakfast was hot and scrumptious with generous portions. My sister and I could have separate beds and a bathroom to ourselves. It was clean and cozy and we could come and go without a curfew, so we could tend to some family duties. Beautiful home and they seemed happy to have us. I would go back anytime. "
