July 2010 — "If you aren't happy with your room ask for another. Upon our initial check in they gave us a room where the air conditioner wasn't working and the rooms faced noisy traffic. We asked to change rooms and they were very accommodating. Second room much roomier; it had a fridge and away from traffic for the same price as well ($70 CAD). No pool. Good location though. The hotel is within walking distance to the Chinook Mall and other amenities. Great for an overnight stay but not recommended for any length of time. Clientele somewhat sketchy at times but what do you expect for $70 in high season!"
