August 2010 — "My husband and I stayed In the Banff Park Lodge for the 2nd time this past summer. The first time around was our wedding night after our beautiful wedding in Banff in the fall. This time was to bring us back to the night we spent 3 years ago. We got the Jacuzzi suite once again. The Jacuzzi is beautiful. Surrounded by mirrors on all sides, and plenty of room. What a wonderful place. So beautiful and enchanting, it feels as though you are in a castle, and any wish can be made true. The suites are large, cozy, luxurious extravagant!! The staff are always courteous friendly, kind. Any special requests can be made over the phone when making reservations and are all dealt with and handled. They are extremely professional in making sure your stay is everything you could imagine it could be and more. They will bend over backwards. Its in a beautiful location and easy to find. Beautiful views from all rooms. In the lodge is a lovely 5 star restaurant where we actually had our wedding reception. It is breath taking. Mountainside. Gorgeous food. We will never go anywhere ever again when staying in Banff. And I would recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic, special time with someone you love. You will not be let down. "

March 2010 — "First impressions of our hotel room were good - it seemed well-appointed with nice art on the walls. The mattress was okay and it turned out to be a good solid bed. I was disappointed that we could not open the balcony (there was a note indicating big fines would occur if we pried it open - something to do with the heat)...unfortunately, the people before us (or maybe the staff) set the temperature quite high and it took a long time for the room to cool down (almost the middle of the night). I enjoyed the nice little bar on the main floor which was relaxing and good place to contemplate. The restaurant upstairs had live entertainment and a buffet. I have to say I thought the quality of the coffee in the hotel was very good. There is a $10 parking charge for the hotel, but there is free parking around the hotel if you search for it. Usually there are internet specials for the standard rooms and it is worth it if you can get a deal. "

May 2008 — "My wife and I stayed at the Banff Park Lodge on a recent weekend getaway to Banff. It was an excellent choice of hotel. The room was very neat, clean, a good size and had a very comfortable king sized bed. The room also had large patio doors, with a small patio area, although we didn't use this. The hotel was quiet, which we liked, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is also a big plus of staying here. It is only 2 blocks away from the centre of Banff, so it was very convient to get to all of the shops and restaurants. "

July 2007 — "My family of 4 stayed at the Lodge and enjoyed the facility very much. Breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. No complaints about the lodging. The only problem was the fact that the city is doing some much needed work on the streets and the congestion of traffic was pretty bad. Another good reason to stay at the Lodge, so you don't have to drive anywhere while in town."

August 2006 — "I loved this hotel! Very nice place to stay, with renovated rooms. We were in Banff because of the Telus Skins Golf tournament, and we needed a nice little hotel with just a simple, standard room. It was very pleasant! The dining room is great and so is the pool. I would definitely recommend it!"
