August 2011 — "We love to stay at JPL whenever we can. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The service is second-to-none, from the reception desk to the concierge to all of the room and food staff. And the food is fantastic! Travelling with a large dog can be difficult at times, but the staff at JPL all seem to love him as much as we do. They are happy to see pets in and around the lodge and never make us feel that he is an imposition. Thanks so much for making our weekend at JPL so fun and memorable."

December 2007 — "This was our first stay at the Jasper Park Lodge Fairmont. It certainly exceeded our expectations for room quality, location/scenery and customer service excellence. The only comment I'd offer is that other than room service, which is wonderful and 24/7, there is nowhere on site to have a light snack (salads, bagels, etc.). Food service is available most hours of the day in the lounge but the menu is limited to heavy items and large portions. Sandwiches and other light fare are available for takeout from Fitzhugh's downstairs, but only during limited hours. We had to drive into town to pick-up lighter food items when we would rather have spent all of our time at the hotel. "

February 2007 — "A couple of friends and us went up to Jasper during the ski season to hit the slopes. While we were there we stayed at the Fairmont Jasper. Just driving into the grounds was an experience. They have cabins laid out all over the place, with only one way streets. However, with everything covered in snow and a huge fire burning at the checkin area, it was quite the site! The hotel had many amenities that were very nice. Pool, hot tub, games room with pool tables and shuffleboard. They also had a hockey rink and oval on the lake just outside! We had a nice A-Frame that was in great shape and very large. We would stay here again! "
