April 2009 — "People in office friendly, sheets seemed clean, but: Door card had to be re-keyed 2 days in a row because it wouldn't work. TV remote didn't work. Most of furniture very dusty. Pile of dust or drywall-type debris along baseboard behind TV table. French fries found inside temperature control adjustment unit. Last-used coffee & filter unit still in coffee pot. Coffee splashes on lights over sink. Multiple stains on rug; dead bugs on bathroom floor. Found only toast, coffee, warm orange juice at first "continental breakfast." Should have immediately demanded refund and left but too exhausted, afraid of not finding anything else close to D.C. during Cherry Blossom Festival, and not planning to spend much time in room."
