September 2010 — "The rooms were very clean, service excellent, breakfast very nice but the coffee in the lobby and breakfast room was the worst ever. It was a good thing we had good coffee in the rooms."

August 2007 — "We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was immaculate. The service & service staff were efficient, courteous, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In all, we would definitely stay at any Comfort Inn based on our experience at the Medicine Hat location. Thank you Staff."

"Smoking vs Non-smoking"

May 2007 — "I just wanted to mention that I was disappointed that when arriving at the hotel our reservation was for a smoking room. Luckily there was a non-smoking room available and the front desk clerk was very accommodating in making that switch. I don't recall having the option to pick smoking or non-smoking while booking my reservation on-line. I would suggest that the option of being able to specify smoking or non-smoking be added to the on-line reservation. Thank you."
