August 2009 — "The Travelodge Hotel on Macleod Trail offered great customer service. We had booked a suite that unfortunately, was located across from smoking rooms. We approached the front desk and they accomodated us by changing our rooms to two separate rooms and it was smoke free !"

June 2008 — "I was given a smoking room when I reserved a non-smoking room. They then moved me to a room with 2 twin beds instead of the original queen bed. I guess I was disappoint because there was no compensation. "
