August 2008 — "To be honest I would not stay at this campground if I had the choice of all the campgrounds in the Canmore area because of its proximity to the Trans-Canada Highway and therefore the noise you have to deal with. However, when the choice is here or in the car and if you are comfortable using earplugs to help you sleep then it works. We actually got the second to last site and were right next to a large RV. All sites had a picnic table and water tap and an area to park and flat ground on which to pitch a tent. The bathroom was pretty close and clean considering how busy it was. The big plus of the place was that it was within a three minute walk of a gas station which was very handy in the morning for a freshly brewed cup of coffee or any other little items that you might have forgotten to bring with you."
